Orders under $85 incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95 USD. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within approximately 5–12 business days depending on your location. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Order Cutoff & Cancellations
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to cancel it.
Damages & Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photo proof and we'll gladly send a replacement.
