It takes about what pushing a mower takes, and the V-brush height decides most of it. Set too low it digs in and fights you. One notch up and it rolls. Ten heights on a side handle mean you can correct it mid-lawn. If a mower is already too much for you, this will be too.
Not the way you do now. You never kneel and scoop. The hopper lifts off on four buckles and you empty it standing, into a bin or a bag. The three reinforced bags included stand up on their own.
Flat, established grass, artificial turf, patios and driveways all work. Bumpy ground, bare patches and soft molehills will catch the V-brushes. Cut the grass first, and let wet leaves dry.
The core arrives assembled. You attach the push frame and the hopper. Most people are done in about fifteen minutes with a screwdriver.
A spare set is in the box on the 26 and the 30, and we stock replacements. You should not have to replace a machine because a wearing part ran out.

There is no motor. The wheels turn the brushes, and they turn them fast: one turn of the wheels spins the brushes five times. So you walk at a normal pace and the brushes are moving quick enough to flick the leaves up off the grass and into the hopper behind you. Nothing gets pushed into a pile, because there is no pile.
Three 300 liter yard bags come free with every Sweep, so the bagging is handled before you start. Tip a full hopper into one and the bag still is not full.

Wet leaves reduce how well it works, so let them dry. Mulch tends to get thrown rather than gathered. It collects loose thatch rather than dethatching for you. Large pine cones are a maybe.
The 26 suits an average suburban yard. The 30 sweeps wider with a bigger hopper, so a large lawn takes fewer passes and fewer stops. Stuck between them, take the 30.
On light debris, usually. On heavy fall you take overlapping passes, the same way you do when you mow.
